Thanks to Tom and everyone at Paolucci Jewelers. My parents have have been going to Paoluccis for 30 years. I dropped my great grandmas engagement ring off to them a long with another ring with my grandmothers diamonds in it. I put trust in him to create something special for my fiancé. And he blew me away with craftsmanship and quality. I thank you from the bottoms of my heart for creating something that will last a lifetime and be something that brings joy to me and my fiancé.
My husband purchased my custom engagement ring here 7 1/2 years ago. It’s still just as beautiful and their service is amazing. Love this place!
My family has been using Paolucci Jewelers for over ten years. My husband went to Paolucci looking for an engagement ring and Tom, at the store, did not disappoint! He made the ring himself and it was a one of a kind piece. We purchased our wedding bands here and my mom has used Tom to repair and reset jewelery. It is a fantastic "mom and pop" shop. Totally unique pieces and way worth a stop in before heading to a chain jewelry store. My family loves Paolucci Jewelers!

Several years ago, I had a ring that an out of state friend wanted appraised. I was nervous, because a Wabash Avenue jeweler switched stones on me when I went to him to make a ring with my stone for my mother. Tom was so extremely rude to me today when I wanted an estate ring sized.....I asked for a better price and he said to me 'I DON'T NEGOTIATE ON REPAIRS'...and then walked away without saying another word.........I had a purse full of cash and also wanted to purchase a gift for myself.......guess another local jeweler will get my business.....If I could give negative stars I would!!!
They are wonderful to work with, reliable, trustworthy, courteous, and responsive not to mention the jewelry is gorgeous. Tom, is amazing...I am from Key West and my wedding ring and both bands are from Paolucci Jewelers. My second band was ordered as my 1st year married Anniversary gift from my husband and the whole process from the order to receiving it was seamless.
