What an amazingly friendly crew at Panza’a! Beautiful music, delectable and deliriously good food and simply the sweetest service and most delightful crowd!

Had an amazing dinner there the other night. Jeff the bartender was great, very helpful with the menu. The music was also really fun, Michael Panza even got on the mic for a few songs which was great. The food was really good as well, our favorite was the Peppadew Calamari, SO GOOD! Thanks for a great evening.
We stopped in early Sunday after a 4 hour drive and although they were not open yet they welcomed us in like family! Food was delicious and conversation was great and reminiscent of dinner at grandmas house. Thanks to owner Tony, chef Tom, bartender Ernie, Jeff, Kimberly and all the staff. Giving it 5 ������ Grazi multo!
The Long Island Duck at Panza's is one of the best I have tasted. They also serve an awesome Steak Poivre. The restaurant was off the wall because of the holiday and firework show however the staff worked very hard to accommodate the huge crowd. It was well worth the added wait.
Another Saratoga Lake restaurant with a ring of nostalgia for me and my family. I have probably been eating here since I was 4 - Some 70 years ago. This is the Italian food of our childhood and beyond. Chef Owner Tony Panza is the best. My mother actually invented "take out" here - she would send my father down to Panza's with her Dutch oven to be filled with pasta, sauce and meatballs to take home after he finished a beer or two at the bar.
