Right now my husband and I are so upset with this practice. Dr. Has not been in office since Oct. Patient care has deteriorated. You never know who your going to see and unless you have a portal you don’t get info on any tests you have or a follow up on what you should do. Staff coming and going. No one to build a rapor with. Both of us have been a pt. for over 20 yrs. some honesty needs to be told to us. Did Dr. leave practice, is he taking a leave for a while? Should we be looking for a new primary care. Dr. James Panzarella has been my "primary" for about 5 years. I go in every year for a physical and for other issues, as needed. I have never seen, nor even been introduced to him. When calling their office to make an appointment, be prepared to wait a LONG time for a live person. I have been on hold for over 21 minutes as I type this review, still waiting for a live person to even greet me. Dr. Panzarella has been my physician for more than 15 years. He was recommended to me by my son, who is also a physician. Dr. Panzarella is very thorough, very caring and has always been very attentive to my health issues and concerns. I am privileged to be his patient. I highly recommend him.
I was in need of a primary to work with a specialist I am seeing. The primary's initial task would be to assure efficient completion of eight tests needed by the specialist in treating my condition. Several friends spoke highly of Dr. Panzarella and his staff of FNP and PA-C people. I received an appointment with no complications. Both the nurse and the PA were friendly and quite competent. I received my first script that day and I think I will stick with this team.
