TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE GET DRINK, SMOKE WEEK ALL THE TIME! FEW TIMES THE SMELL WENT IN MY APT....TOTALLY DISGUSTING! AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE! REPORTED FEW TIMES. NEVER RECEIVE RESPONSE! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER LISA, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, MEAN MANNER! CURSE ALL THE TIME! DO NOT LIVE THERE!
Great place to live – I think Panyork Group has done a great job with the property. All the improvements like the new paint & carpet in the hallways. The building has never looked so good and the staff is great. The property mgr Lisa has been nothing but helpful too. I would recommend any one of my friends or family to live here.
Fairleigh Arms Apartments Hackensack – Fairleigh Arms is just as bad as Caldwell. I'm surprised at who they rent to and they never respond to complaints or problems. The management is awful and so is the maintenance.
CALDWELL TERRACE APARTMENTS – LIVED THERE FOR 1 YEAR AND HAD TO MOVE VERY DIRTY, MAINTANENCE IS ALWAYS SITTING OUTSIDE, MANAGER LISA NEVER WANTS TO HEAR ANYTHING ALWAYS SAYS SORRY THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT. THE NOISE LEVEL ON SOME FLOORS IS SO DISTURBING IT SOUNDS MORE LIKE A COLLEGE FATERNITY THAN A LIVING PLACE FOR WORKING PEOPLE. RENT IS GOOD BUT THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE VERY BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED.
