I had a lapiplasty and somewhere along the way, there was miscommunication that a second procedure might be needed. I wasn’t happy but I have to say that Dr. Desai’s response was great once I raised my concern. Who knows why I was surprised but I appreciate that he was responsive to my questions. As for the surgery itself, I’m not healed fully yet but at 12 days, am starting to be able to get around better. He clearly knows what he’s doing and he took the time to show me what he did, step by step, which was also appreciated.
Excellent surgeon with wonderful bedside manner. He did my surgery 13 years ago and it was successful as well as a good experience. Middle age has forced me to revisit my injury and I’ve received the same excellent care from Dr. Desai this time around too.
I liked that Dr. Desai spent time with me discussing my injury and my bone health. He’s very approachable and I did not feel rushed. Panorama does things very well and very efficiently. I wish our family didn’t have reason to visit Panorama as often as we have. But I feel confident with their choice of doctors and staff.
Dr. Desai takes the time to listen and he uses some great technology to help identify from where pain is originating. Just pointing to a spot in my ankle was a starting point, but then he took out his phone and showed me a 3-D tool that layered all tendons, ligaments and tissue onto a skeleton. It was much easier to identify the exact problem and understand the impact of my injury. Dr. Desai is the best orthopedic surgeon in Colorado , his expertise goes way beyond expectations! I fully recommend this Doctor and his assistant Abby .
I feel very confident in all of Dr. Desai‘s decisions . If I ever have to have any type of bone surgery Dr. Desai is at the top of my list as first choice ! He’s been my doctor for 14 years .
