Dr Desai is awesome. He takes the time to explain what is going on with, in my case, my foot. Explaining the pros and cons of procedures that would help. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends who have bunion problems.
Dr. Desai explained images and surgery thoroughly and what would be involved. Showed me pictures of my CT scan. Very kind provider.
Both myself and my husband love Dr. Desai! He’s thorough, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, optimistic and experienced! In 5 years I couldn’t find an Ortho doctor who could properly diagnose my problem! He did all the proper tests to figure out what was wrong and continues to do so with other problems. I went to 2 other doctors and they said go to PT and did no tests!
This place is a joke administratively and post care. skip them, they are terrible. Call and no one will know extensions. Leave a message for your doc you wont get a call back. If you do and they leave a message they won't answer the questions you left. Maybe they will answer one of three. They say they will call pharmacy cus your meds don't processes. They don't "we have a team that does all that, they are very through" nope, lies. They tell you they get you temporary disabled tag they don't. They are a bunch of incompetent ... read more
Dr Desai is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, compassionate and very professional. He does an excellent job of explaining the diagnosis and of answering questions. I trust him greatly and would not hesitate to follow his suggestions and advice!
Dr. Desai explained my foot issue clearly and was interested in making sure I understood the diagnosis. He was prompt and thorough.
Dr Desai is wonderful! So is his PA and the rest of his medical staff. The process on the back end was smooth. Everyone was knowledgeable and reassuring. It all worked well once it started 40 minutes late. I took off one star for the front of the process. The front end scheduling and administration needs some work. The portal was easy to use however when my appointment was changed, 3 days before it was originally scheduled, I kept getting messages to fill out my information again. Dr. Desai is a great surgeon…he explained everything to me prior to surgery and after surgery he took time to talk to me about what to expect during recovery and after. I trust him implicitly…
Such a nice staff. First visit and found it very professional.
