I recommend for anyone looking for a world class dental or orthodontic services.The staff is very customer centric and Dr. Pannu himself is quite humble and accessible.
My first visit here last week was very good. I also really like the personnel you have on staff as well.
I recommend everyone to go there are and get treated. The treatment is amazing and methodology and advice is no non-sense. If no treatment is required he will simply tell you the fact. The charges sent to insurance were also very reasonable.
Brenda was been excellent and the rest of the staff has been very professional and accommodating.
Dr. Pannu was very understood of my current dental issue. His assistance and compassion during my ordeal was refreshing and comforting. Erin was also so helpful with my financial and dental coverage situation. She really helped ease my anxiety.
I am very impressed with the service I have received from Dr. Pannu and Dr. Pooja. When it comes to Invisalign, Dr. Pannu is one of the best in the Bay Area. I also got top discount compared to quotes from others. Not just alignment of my teeth, but my overall dental hygiene is significantly better now.
Like most people do, I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Pannu and the staff make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My daughter and I will continue to go there as long as we can.
This is the first time my kids don't hide from me when they know it's time to go the dentist. I am amazed and will definitely keep bringing them here.
We have received simply outstanding service from the nice & friendly staff as well as the great dentists and dental assistants. My kids love going to Dr. Pannu's San Jose Office. My daughter really enjoyed her first Birthday card ever from her Dentist; that was so thoughtful of you all and really made her birthday special.
