Not a happy hair day! I will not be back either. I always give a haircut 1 week to get used to, as I cannot style my hair the way they do. After returning to the same stylist, Michelle 3 times I walked out with uneven hair that was too short for my liking. I also asked for a glaze and received a single process. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T GO! I have been a customer of Panico in Oradell for years. I left there a few times to try other salons because I wasn't happy. I kept on going back because I didn't know where to go. I have never left the salon with a nice cut. The girl that did my hair never measured the sides. They were always crooked. Had a good experience!! Last week was my first time going to Panico and I left with a haircut that I really loved. The only down fall is that it is a little far from where I live but I do not mind traveling to get a good haircut. I will definitely will be going back.
Great location but a 50/50 shot at a good cut Use to have their top stylist - Tom Harris, and paid $150 for just a cut - this is going back 5 yrs so I don't know how much he's charging now, anyway, he's in West Cauldwell now so it's too expensive and too far for me to go to him - but he is absolutely fabulous. Use to go to Frederic, Bumble, the Spot, Jon Megaris, etc so I know good cuts despite what they claim and charge for Sr versus Jr stylists. Love Panico's I am surprised by the reviews written below. I have been going to Panico's Salon for over five years and have never had a bad experience. The stylists always give me what I ask for and are very personable and attentive, particularly my regular stylist Kristen D. I would reccommend this Salon to everyne I know without hesitation.
Won't Go Back I've been to Panico in Oradell twice and won't go back. Both times I asked for one of their more experienced (and more expensive) hair dressers and received two recent hair school graduates who gave me a very basic and very boring cut.
i love panico! i have been a client of panico salon in oradell for a long while and although the prices are a bit high i think they are worth every penny. my hairstylist is very experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of hair and i really do enjoy my appointments with her. I know that i have had some bad haircuts in the past but i have never recieved anything less than a perfect haircut from panico salon (not to mention great color!) i also love the new design of the place!
Horrible I would never go back to Panico. On top of being charged an outrageous amount of money, I went back the second time because I just didn't know where else to go. I called and told them I would be a few minutes late (I was on an important phone call - The White House - and my tardiness was unavoidable). I arrived five minutes late and was kept waiting for ten minutes at the reception desk. Panico's Salon Service I used Panico because it is close to my job, and I desperately needed a haircut and manicure. It is extremely difficult to find parking on this busy thoroughfare, but once I did, I was able to enter the business and see the carefully decorated salon. Panico in Oradell is one of four salons in the chain. After visiting the Oradell location, I do not think I would visit the others.
