TRAIN WRECK! I agree with every bad review which I should have read. This Salon is all show. The staff is WONDERFUL so I can't complain about any of the smiley friendly front desk staff or the main manager who is always accommodating. The problem is the STYLISTS! They aren't worth the price I paid if I paid only 2 cents which I didn't!! I got the top stylists both in Ridgewood and in Oradell and OMG it was yesterday and I'm still crying. Completely RIPPED OFF! I should have read these bad reviews first. A waste of time and money. I went for highlights and had someone who took several hours to only receive a very poor job. I could of done better with drugstore highlights myself. They were inconsistent all over. I was so pissed off when I finally left. I felt compteley ripped off. And that stupid jerk owner walks around thinking he's some hollywood stylist. He is more of a clown.
Looks are only skin deep Go elsewhere. Very untrained staff unless you want to pay a fortune for a basic cut and color. Very arrogant owner who is clearly just out to pretend to be something his in not. When you gouge customers and don't deliver it's not good business.
STEFANIA in Oradell was a NIGHTMARE Worst salon experience of my life. STEFANIA was the WORST hairstylist I have ever had. She was rude and incompitent. She butchered my hair. I realize she is only level 1 but COME ON! I had to go elsewhere to repair the damage she did to my hair. And on top of it, when I politely asked her to fix my hair, she called me a b*tch under her breath and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do. She then asked for a tip... actually ASKED. Love Panico I only went to Panico because someone recommended it for the experience. I have had my hairdresser for like 4 years but figured I could use a change. Oh my gosh! I loved every single minute of it! NJ was amazing! She was so sweet and knew so much about my thick, coarse hair. She showed me how to blow dry it myself with the right product so it wouldn't be a frizzy mess! I feel bad that I'm leaving my other hair dresser, but I loved Panico and NJ!
BEST CUT EVER I go to Shawn and he does a great job every time. Never got a bad cut. I like to change my style often and he is always willing to try it. I'll never go anywhere else.
TERRIBLE! AWFUL. Went it for color and came out looking like a 90 year old man.Very few know what they are doing but it will cost you BIG bucks. Some of these customers were paying $300 to $400 for cut and color. Ridiculous! Peter and Jack are beyond arrogant. They walk around like rock stars. It's actually comical. The back of my shirt was completely ruined from the coloring. The shampooing is terrible. I had water running all the way down my back during the shampooing. Not worth the money! Panico is not worth the money!!! Was a customer at Panico in Oradell for over 10 years. I used to go every month for a haircut. It was convenient for me as it was close to my house. Over the years, I went through a few stylists - some okay others not, but even the okay stylists were very hit or miss. I must say though not once did I come home to find that my haircut was even! I always had to get the scissors and even my hair out. I put up with that when the haircuts were $40, $50, and $60. I love panico. I dont know what any of you people are talking about. I LOVE Panico! My haircuts are always so nice, the people are friendly, and my hair has never felt so smooth!! Sure it may be a little pricy but its all worth it. And I never have a hard time parking either. Go there!!
