Great atmosphere, but wifi is slow and not reliable
I never got served. Two couples walked in after me and were greeted and there orders were taken no one ever spoke to me so I left.

Their mac & cheese is outta control! Beware: This joint is high salary. 50cent couldn't afford a full meal here without breaking his piggy bank. Better food & prices at Nordstrom Cafe down the street!
Slow service when there is no one here...took 15 mins to get a cup of soup and sandwich...
This is the worst run Panera in the area. I expect lunch to be busy but service is excruciatingly slow and disorganized. They often get orders wrong.
