Ordered an espresso shot at 7 PM mobile dine in Order, got the text it was ready, it wasn’t, they hadn’t even considered the order and just ignored it. Then i was told it’s coming, lied to 4 times and had to wait 45 minutes. It wasn’t even crowded. Absolute joke
Visited this location Sunday July 27 around 10:00 am. Usually we go to metropolitan but it's under renovation. Anyway we order two bagels cream cheese on the computer screen. Ten minutes later a single untoasted bagel comes out. We ask the girl behind the counter can we please have the two toasted bagels we ordered? She grabs the bagel back and then 10 minutes later comes again with a single bagel. Although the bagel was good it seemed to be way more of an involved process than it should have been. The absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Lazy, skimps on food, food not secured so when it’s delivered the food is all in the bottom of the bag. Like it’s so so bad.
Order is marked ready but still waiting almost ten minutes for it to be given to me. This is even when I order just a drink. They NEVER put ice in the drinks that they have behind the counter. I have to dump some out and get drink splashed on me when I add the ice to it.
