Great customer service..!! The staff are really friendly,and helpful. And the food is amazing!!
The employee told me they do not have bread bowls when I see 2 sitting behind the counter it is ridiculous when I say that’s that’s fine but do you have any other kinds of bread for the Mac and cheese so I can dip it I was told that they do not carry any but it’s in your name Panera bread I am sorry I will never come to this establishment again I hope the manager or someone sees this as I can’t be the only person that has encountered the rudest workers of all time save your $ and go to a different store - update 3-1-25 went ... read more
