Walked in there was a young lady at the counter did not make eye contact or greet me ever I finally walked up to her, and she still did not make eye contact greet me that I looked at the display case still no I can contact our greeting. Very disappointed. Maybe if we had gone through the drive through or ordered take out , I could overlook some inconsistencies. We had to warm up our own bakery items in a microwave under the drink counter. Maybe that’s a Panera thing? The floors were so wet that I couldn’t allow my toddler to walk without fear of falling. Waiting at the front One person comes and says someone will be with you . I stood there for like 5-6 minutes . The girl finally comes and just stands there. I told her what I wanted . Ridiculous wait time . Unprofessional in my eyes . Clean looking place BUT WITHOUT ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICES WORKERS it negates that !!!!!!!
