When a company like this pays to have their breakfast hours posted on the drive thru menu, you’d think they’d honor those times. I was there at 10:15 to order breakfast and was told they’re done with breakfast for the day. I said it’s only 10:15. The window lady said her manager told her they were done with breakfast. No reason given, just because the manager said. I asked the Panera employee politely for no ice in my drink, but he gave me an angry look and shook his head. That kind of attitude made me feel uncomfortable.
Smaller than every other Panera's I've visited, the food is consistently great! The staff & service always exceptionally great!
