Food is alright, tastes like panera. 50/50 chance not everything i ordered is in the bag. What stands out is the wait. They're usually out of stuff all the time and they're always busy. Seems kinda understaffed sometimes, especially for rush hour. staff is friendly and they seem to be doing the best they can.
the man giving out orders is rude and demeaning… rest of staff will give you bad energy. don’t come here honestly.
Absolutely the rudest people I have encountered. I asked for my cup that I bought and got absolutely screamed at for asking. Even though it says on the signs to GO to the PICK UP AREA FOR YOUR DRINK. Oh and don’t forget the over an hour wait.
