The guy at the drive-through who took my order was really, really nice! But I ordered a Caesar chicken salad stuffer, and received a dry chicken salad stuffer. They put no dressing!
Very dirty. Couldn't find a table that didn't have food crumbs on it. Food and trash all over the floor and hasn't looked like it was swept all day.
I ordered delivery from this location and was waiting for two hours. Contacted DD support and they said it was because the order wasn’t marked as “ready”. So I drove to the store myself to pick it up. When I got to the drive through window they told me they had no record of my order ever being there and asked to see my phone/app. I showed them and they confirmed that I was at the correct location. I had to cancel my order after hours of wasted time.
Every time I come here, the staff is amazing! I have taken large bagel orders to my daughter's daycare teachers several times and these ladies are always working so hard and their always so kind! I genuinely appreciate the staff here and I'm sure they don't hear it enough!
