Family has Been there twice now, both times ordered has been messed up but the 2 biggest mess ups were each time we ordered a whole Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperoncino's, and a few other condiment toppings. Both times they only served a half that was thin on almost everything and didnt have the pepperoncino's, the first time we though ok maybe it was our fault with the talking that we accidentally said a half and forgot to ask for the toppings tho we were about 95% sure we did ask. Genuinely good franchise and this location was good, I go, eat and leave satisfied but not feeling miserable or guilty.
Awful customer service! Asked questions about their menu and got a super rude response. The food never taste right…
William’s customer service is excellent! He is so kind, friendly, and very helpful! Staff is always very kind and friendly. This is a nice place to come in and eat to chat with friends or family, as well as bringing a laptop for work. The menu has a lot of variety, and the food is amazing!! There’s also an outdoor seating area with umbrellas.
