We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale. We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. This Panara Bread is the best my husband and I have been to. Everyone is so friendly and they seem to live their jobs. We come several times a week and Bea who takes our order is fantastic! She is friendly and always is happy. She is the "sunshine" we need to get going in the morning. The food is fantastic and timely. We will continue to enjoy our Panara experience, thanks to Bea and the friendly staff. Jared is one of the managers and he is always friendly and greets me by my name. Thanks for bringing Panara to Knightdale!!
This place is extremely slow with service when you order your food, I only ordered 2 bagels toasted and it takes 10 minutes to get them
The staff was excellent excellent...very personable..greet you immediately...looks like a place in which they are happy to be there...the food was good. I was disappointed about the flat bread being taken off the menu..but will definitely go back. The brownies were delicious..gewey in the middle..yummy!
