They always forget the bacon bits on my Mac and cheese
I love Panera and eat at the Knightdale location often. Staff is friendly, management is good. Soup has gone downhill though. I always order the chicken wild rice soup and it used to be thick and creamy, now it’s watered down and brothy. Please bring the old soup back.
The food is a good, and so is the service. The dine in experience is OK. The restaurant is always very clean from my experience. Seems to be extra chilly. Also, it has open floorplan seating vs the booths and private atmosphere of the older Paneras.
Our first time visiting this location. Tons of parking, seating in and outside. Very clean, nice music, and variety of seating options (table, booth, fireplace, stool tables). Eegor was friendly and very helpful in our decision making. He waa patient and professional in his aiding us and other customers. He knows the menu well, but he didnt know he looked it up and shared.
