I know it's a personal opinion, but Panera bread food is absolutely disgusting, I got a gift card for Christmas and tried it out, I will never eat there again, great staff, great atmosphere but the food is horrible. Personal opinion
First, there’s absolutely no explanation why I have to wait 20 mins in a drive thru for an order I placed ahead. Do better. For people who have complicated orders, go inside. For the love of God! Second, my breakfast sandwich order was wrong. I didn't even check before leaving, because I was already running late due to the 20 minute wait at the DRIVE-THRU. Panera, will you reimburse me for this?
UPDATE: WOW! I came in after church today with my daughter and I and we met a ray of Sunshine with Kam. She was so sweet, so nice and helped us out with our order. Kudos for hiring this young lady. They had a few hiccups when they started but they have come a long way. Ida in the Drive thru is awesome and has such a great attitude. I seeing and hearing her when I come through the drive thru or eat inside.
Sara was so very helpful and just always so nice whenever we come in! she practically knows our order by heart and just always makes the experience a 10 out of 10! She is the sweetest! -Ella
