Yall just need to hire people who will work...keep this place clean and make sure your customers feel appreciated. Stop all the chit chat with other employees and pay attention to your customers.
10/10 would come back to see Steve again. Awesome service. Even better food. Panera needs more Steve’s.
Food good but that was it. We arrived upon store opening & they weren’t even close to prepared. Person working register had 0 customer service skills & had no concern about things not being ready. Told my child she may not have everything on her croissant in the least empathetic way possible. There was no food in the front case or bagels out.
