Order chicken avo melt and they didn't add avocados they also had no cilantro which they never mentioned when I ordered 🫤
By far the worst Panera in the city. Every employee has an attitude, super slow with orders and the liquid sugar is behind the counter.
Half my order is missing. When I complained, I was provided a $2 credit. Thanks, but no thanks. Get your orders correct.
Quick service. They gave me bread when I asked for chips. A little more attention to detail is needed.
I just want to thank Brittany, Onyx, and the rest of the staff during lunch on 2/13/24 for their amazing assistance, my friend forgot to hit “send” on his order and they were going above and beyond to try and help locate the order. We finally figured out the mystery but the effort the ladies put in to help me was unmatched. It was top level actual SERVICE. Thank you again.
