Never ever go to this store. I've had the worst experience here again and again. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service. I called this Panera Bread on City Avenue to ask if brownies were available, and the manager clearly told me they were not. Just minutes later, I placed an online order, and the brownie was available for pickup without any issue. Worst staff I have came across, they literally lied to me when I call about asking if they have brownie in store, the manager said they don’t have it but when I ordered it online is was available. Liars !
