No place in this establishment for individuals with service dogs. Classy that the manager even came to throw me out himself. The lunch has become trash, too, and they overcharge for coffee.
My husband placed an order for delivery( appr. $90) that we never received. When we called the restaurant we were put on 20 min. Hang up call again another 20 min hold. After the third attempt the manager refused to issue a refund over the phone. We had to drive to the restaurant and demand a refund. When we asked the manager to explain the long wait(s) on the phone she tells my husband and I that she had to go to the bathroom. Pathetic, unprofessional and I’ll equipped to run a restaurant.
