Bad service
It's incredible that they allow people with such bad manners to work, today I went to change the size of a ring and the woman who attended me was literally yelling at me, and talking to me with anger, what client would like to be spoken to and humiliated without having done anything to treat him like that???
This Pandora is horrible I purchased a duplicate charm at 4:30pm one day came back the next day at 10am when they opened. I walk up the person at the counter is eating chips while on their cell phone I say hello they look at me sideways as if saying hello was a sin. I show them the receipt then my bracelet and she informs I can not return it as its worn and the only person who could accept the return is the manager who would be in at 1pm.
