I came in today looking for charms, and once I walked inside I saw three ladies one of them she was dark skin, bob hair bright lips this was on Sunday 15 February. She greeted me and said what I was looking for I told her I was looking for charms all she said was “take a looks round the store if you have questions I will be happy to assist you” once i started looking around I didn’t see the charms I wanted to look at, the ones that are shown weren’t something I was looking for. Terrible customer service. I was excited to buy myself a new charm and do some browsing. I’ve had my bracelet since 2009, and it’s very special to me. Instead of showing me the actual charms, the sales associate named subjects like “nature”, “family”, “friends”, and asked me to speak up when something interested me. No thank you! That’s a waste of my time. I’ll be shopping online from now on, where I’m actually able to look at the charms.

“Sales Leader” could not have been ruder to my friend and I. Acted as if we were a nuisance. The store was relatively quiet and she ignored us for the first 15 minutes. Upon finally offering us help, she was half paying attention to us. They had zero sizes of any rings in stock. She acted as if our questions were dumb questions, despite being about an engraving. Will be spending our money elsewhere.
