The customer service here is God awful! They used to have some of the best customer service and would greet you right away and would be so excited to help you. customer service is horrible here my neice went in on friday the 17th to exchange a ring i got her for christmas that she already had i did the purchase online and clearly states i can do return/exchange by mail or in store and i have til january 31st well these 2 very rude ladies told her they couldn't help her that she only had 30days for the return/ exchange to keep the ring or to sell it on her own when she had all the reciepts for it these 2 workers did not do their job and clearly know nothing about customer service th... read more

Bought gift for wife came with a free bracelet, but was the wrong size. They won't exchange for a bigger size.

Got asked as soon as we came in if we wanted to be put on the wait list and I asked if we had to if we were just looking around and the woman said we can't look around unless we are on the wait list. Mind you there wasn't that many people inside like 8 workers and 2 sets of couples. Never been so quick to leave a store. I love Pandora and i love buying stuff from them but I've never been to one that wouldn't let you look around on your own. Pandora is expensive but not expensive enough to be doing that.
