Worst experience ever. customer service is terrible, I purchased a bracelet for my sister and in less than a month it lost color, turning into a yellow ish color. I took it back they said it’s my fault for leaving it in the pandora box, . The box they gave it to me when i bought it. I explained I brought it in the box for safekeeping. The disinterested rep handed me a flyer on how to clean it. Lost my business
