Very poor customer service.You walk in and nobody greets you.I stood around for about 15 minutes and nobody would help us.Tons of girls just standing around and not a single one asked if we'd been helped. The only guy working would greet everyone else but us. He walked by us about 7 times and nothing so we left after 20 minutes of waiting to be helped.Glad I didn't purchase anything from them.
I’ve never in my life have felt the need to write a review but here I am taking time out of my day to make sure this is looked at. I bought a bracelet for my wife here and as I stood waiting for my turn I felt extremely uncomfortable looking at the way the manager Michelle talked to her employees it was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to witness. I had a disappointing experience where I waited 9 minutes for my girl's earrings to be cleaned, only to find out they were still not done properly and had a green tint on the diamond. I had to wait another 40 minutes after that, witnessing inefficient service with 4 staff members attending to one customer. In the end, the job wasn't done correctly, and I ended up cleaning the earrings myself at home, wasting both time and money.
Came looking for a birthday gift for my niece and was helped by Stephanie. She was so helpful and nice. She took her time showing me the different sizes and styles of bracelets. She also informed me of the promotion going on. I was very satisfied with my purchase and Stephanie’s customer service.
