Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but she was working at the front of the store and had glasses that were way to big for her face and thick orange highlights. From the moment I walked in, she never greeted me, acknowledged me, or even asked if I needed help. The other manager who was there didn’t acknowledge me either. The customer service at this location was honestly horrible. When customers walk into a store, especially when employees are standing right at the front, the bare minimum should be a simple greeting
Went in to return and was greeted right away by Gloria the asst manager. Noelhia told me about a sale they were having and literally went through every charm on sale and checked if in stock. The patience Noehlia had was incredible. She threw in free cleaning kits with my rewards points and offered to clean my bracelet. The service was incredible so happy I got 3 charms on sale for the price of 1.
Tonight, I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Joey at the Pandora location in Ontario Mills. My husband had bought me a beautiful “Mom” necklace this year for Mother’s Day and unfortunately it had already tarnished really bad. We were so disappointed because I’ve purchased bracelets and earrings over the last YEARS that still look great. When walked in, we spoke to the assistant manager. Said they aren't a jewelery store and can't fix the jewelry I bought here. You're not a jewelery store but you sell jewelry how can that be 😱.
