I had such a wonderful experience at Pandora thanks to Michelle! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and truly taken care of. Her warm energy, patience, and knowledge of the jewelry made my visit so enjoyable. I came in today to return two charms I had ordered online, maybe and possibly exchanging them for something else. When I came in I saw 5 employees in the center and Daryn greeted me. I explained my online order but I felt like because of the way I looked I might have been someone who looked shady or something. I came in here looking to buy a few items, bracelet, charms, earrings, and necklace. I walked in and a lady was helping someone in the front already. So I continued to walk to find what I was looking for. I passed by two extra employees that were just standing around behind the counter looking at the front door waiting for Customers it seemed like. Compre un anillo para regalo en el dia la madre y vine a regresarlo porque no le quedo pero tenia 30 días y vine en el dia 20 y no me lo cambiaron no cumplen con la póliza .la manager se burlo de mi por ser latino me descrimino era resista el anillo nomas se lo puso una ves y se le incho el dedo y por eso lo fui a cambiar y dijo que no porque no era nuevo entonces ESTAN VENDIENDO USADOS Y LOS HACEN CREER QUE SON NUEVOS NO VUELVO A COMPRAT NADA DE PANDORA .
I have never been to a Pandora with bad customer service. So disappointed.
