I purchased a Pandora bracelet with a charm less than two months ago and, with very minimal use, it has already turned yellow. When I went to the store, the employee refused to exchange it and only offered to clean it, which I find unacceptable. Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous. The Pandora Care warranty I purchased proved worthless. I was deeply disappointed with both the product quality and the service I received. I will never buy from this brand again and do not recommend this store
Muy buena calidad
I stopped by this store this afternoon to get a couple of gifts and there were 2 ladies attending to other customers. I walked in and checked around for about 5-7 minutes and none of them said hello, or even acknowledged I was in the store. Even if they are busy with customers at the moment they should be able to say hello and even “we’ll be right with you”. I walked out and will spend my money elsewhere.
