We went to Pandora at Riverchase and our experience was horrible, like we were bothering the clerk, and we were the only customers there. We left and the next day we went to Pandora at The Summit. Night and day difference. Donald was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We ended up buying what we wanted and felt great about it. I would recommend if you want Pandora products, avoid Riverchase and go over to The Summit store, you'll be happy you did!
I went there Sunday to purchase a graduation gift. They had a sale of buy one get one free well I made my purchase only to not get my FREE gift. When I brought it to their attention I was told the sign was a wrong I have to buy three and get one free but the sales associate quoted me a price that included my free gift but tried to make me buy two additional charms.
