Service was poor Staff was not knowledgeable at all. I was the only person in the store so I don’t get it. Lately this has been my experience at pandora stores. I just ended up walking out.

My experience in this store was horrible. I received a charm bracelet for Christmas but the bracelet was broken. I went to the store to get it replaced or get a refund and they basically said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t give me store credit and one associate even said that my parents bought the bracelet for no reason. No associate including the managers tried to help and left us with no direction moving forward.
