The manager, Vania, was amazing! Prior, the associates didn't even acknowledge me and another person came in after my arrival and was given attention before me. 2 associates were assisting a couple in the front, neither greeted me; 2 associates for 1 sale seems redundant. I was very tempted to walk away. Luckily, Vania was attentive and came to assist me as soon as she got onto the floor. We finished the transaction in less than 8 minutes. She was friendly, professional and respectful.
STC location Lady was uninviting and cold. I ordered online, received an email for pickup and was told to wait in queue while other customers decide what to buy. As on online shopper who already completed the browse and purchase portion, I should have priority when I receive the pick up email. Another lady was at the cash not doing anything whom I went to for assistance. The same cold lady tried to prevent her from getting my order even though the barcode was already scanned
I bought a charm at this store and when I got home and opened it I noticed that I received the wrong charm (not the one I had picked out) When I was in the store the girl helping me went to the back to box it up and she never showed me the boxed charm before I left. When I took it back to get the correct one the lady who sold it to me accused me of putting an old charm in the box in order to get a new one in its place.
