If I could give them 0 stars I would! The manager and some of the associates that work at this location are not helpful at all. It seems like they have little to no knowledge about their products and services, which made my entire experience extremely frustrating. I was disappointed with the service at the Pandora Town Centre store. There were two associates present—one was assisting a customer and stayed with them without acknowledging others, while the other went to the counter after finishing and didn’t offer help to waiting customers. I came in to buy a gift, but the unfriendly service made me leave without purchasing anything. A simple check-in would have made a big difference.
I’ve been a loyal Pandora customer for years and love the products, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. I visited the Scarborough Town Centre location today, September 5th, at around 11:30 AM, and the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we were met with outright hostility from a staff member.
