Extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency and customer care. I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet and finally decided to buy a bangle during a busy sale day at the CF Eaton Centre. Because the store was crowded, I felt incredibly rushed by the staff, wasn't shown alternative options, and in the chaos, ended up with a bangle that was completely the wrong size. Bought a gold plated ring from here. The coating was off in just three months. I contacted the store and they said it is not in warranty. I would never buy from here.
