Passed by the other day and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of accessibility. The entire store is so narrow that it’s impossible to get a wheelchair or even walker through the store. The counters are also positioned so high that it's impossible to see the jewelry from a seated position. It’s truly shocking that an international, multi-billion revenue company like Pandora, in the year 2025 has such a profound disregard for customers with disabilities. We had a couple of gifts to purchase and visited Pandora STC. We are grateful that we were assisted by associate Zelda. Zelda never made us feel rushed and explained and showed us every product we wanted to see and try on. Will defiantly come back to STC Pandora and hope Zelda is around next time too ! Thanks again :)

horrible quality over all.. my necklace and brooch both broke after wearing a few times, ring changed into a weird color and did not change back with silver cleaner.. will never shop there again
