Went in tonight and the associate named Diamond provided outstanding customer service. Typically I avoid this location and go to the Conestoga Mall store because the service is always friendlier there. Diamond had a positive attitude right from the beginning and built rapport based off of Katseye which sealed the deal!
Lots of options for beautiful delicate silver stuff. Staff is co-operative. Recently bought the silver ring with diamond on top and it’s looking pretty amazing!
Just wanted to size my finger for my boyfriend… she was slightly hesitant but helped and pulled a ring out for me to try on. Told me the size and we said thank you to leave as we weren’t buying anything. She rolled her eyes, said yup, you’re welcome and turned to put the ring away.
