Just wanted to size my finger for my boyfriend… she was slightly hesitant but helped and pulled a ring out for me to try on. Told me the size and we said thank you to leave as we weren’t buying anything. She rolled her eyes, said yup, you’re welcome and turned to put the ring away.
I purchased a bracelet from this store on December 31 for my wife. On the very first day she wore it, the bracelet fell off due to a defect in the clasp/locking mechanism. This is clearly a product defect, not normal wear. When we returned to the store to request a return or resolution, the staff refused to help, claiming the item had been worn, despite the issue occurring on first use. I feel like not being served nicely at Fairview Park Mall..they look at me like they don't want to sell anything to me but I still spent almost $1000 on 2 transactions just because I needed to buy the pieces at that moment and I was at that location.
