Jul.26.2025. phone called customer sevice at this branch. Kitchener, Fairview mall,Misleading, misinformation. I had to called 888, i got all the answers , i must said, very professional.
We purchased a bracelet from Pandora which unfortunately broke due to what appears to be a weak design. When we visited the store today to see what could be done, we were met with a very disappointing response from the staff. The associate barely glanced at the bracelet while multitasking and quickly dismissed our concern, stating, "We don’t repair jewelry, and this is physical damage, so it’s not covered." Extremely disappointed. The manage Aydynn is very rude. I wanted to check some sale items and she did not show me anything properly. From her body language and tone of voice it was clear that she want me to go away from the store. This is the reason most of my jewelry is from swarovaski. Every time I go to pandora, they never behave nicely so I check the swarovaski store in the same mall and they are so kind. Unless customer service is improved, pandora will keep losing customers
Very disappointed in this pandora store. Twice now I have stopped by to have my jewelry cleaned and they said they couldn’t do it because there is a promotion going on. The manager Aydynn refused to speak to me, very unprofessional . I understand when it is busy but for context this was a Wednesday afternoon and no one was in the store!
