Went to this location as it is the only one near me that offers engraving. My mother and I were the only people in the store and I knew exactly what I was getting. The manager that was working at the time was not friendly, and when I said I was going to input a family members account instead of making my own as I don’t shop at Pandora for myself she rolled her eyes right in front of us. Worst customer service ever at store… I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pandora. I spent over $130 on my order and came in for pickup with everything required — my order barcode and valid ID. Despite that, the employee created unnecessary issues over my last name and made the whole situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. It felt disrespectful and honestly came across as discriminatory. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, not judged or singled out. Very upsetting experience.
