Worst experience ever at Pandoraat Oshawa Centre. The staff was rude, uninterested, and made me feel completely unwelcome and the staff claimed herself as manager refused to tell her name was Racisit The customer service didn’t match the brand’s reputation at all. I expected a pleasant shopping experience but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not returning to this location. I truly hope management looks into improving customer service because the brand deserves better representation
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst Pandora store experience I’ve ever had. The lady manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional - she clearly has no sense of customer service or respect. I went in to exchange a bracelet I bought just a few months ago because the clasp became loose, keeps opening on its own and causing my charms to fall off - I even lost one. Totally disappointed with the service at this store! The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Better to visit some other Pandora store.
This was my first time shopping at Pandora and it will also be my last. I was shocked by the rude behavior of the salesperson who made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable while I was simply trying to make a purchase. Afterward, I checked the Google reviews and saw that many other customers have reported the same kind of treatment, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. Very disappointing experience from a brand I expected better from. I will not be returning.
The ladies who helped me today were absolutely lovely. Keke was such a fun person to talk to and she helped me pick out the perfect size for my first charm bracelet! She had wonderful recommendations and even suggested the perfect charm for me(Disney Pascal) after I told her I worked with wildlife as my job. Honestly the best experience I've had at any pandora store.☺️
