Yasmin and Sienna helped us a few days ago and the service was exceptional. They were friendly and extremely helpful. We bought 4 sets of earrings which earned us a free bangle and then purchase a charm for the bangle bracelet. Very thankful for there help!
Worst experience I bought a ring and when they try to sell the thing they say we give you 1 year warranty but when time or return or replace they say we cant do anything
What a shit experience buying getting the wrong item scanned on my purchased being overcharged 40$. Disrespecting my girlfriend when she came to help me and stand behind me with proof. Woman definitely needed a course on respect and customer service. Just blatantly rude
Purchased a ring from this location less than 1 week ago and it is already turning my finger black. When asked for a refund or exchange, they denied it because it’s “worn” but it’s been less than 7 days when I have pandora rings that are over 10 years old that haven’t done this. Horrible customer service.
