Worse customers service ever. I try to buy some charms today and the unique lady there was super rude and stupid. I can't believe somebody can be like that in an expensive store. I won't visit this location again in my life.

I went there yesterday to get my bracelet repaired and the associate was very rude and did not have a lot of knowledge about the jewelry. She apparently was a "seasonal employee " . I was not impressed at all with this experience . Please get some help in this store!!
