Associate who helped me not knowledgeable of charms. I had a picture of charm I desired to purchase from a catalog. Never seen that one, must be last year. I made a selection and during check out process, I asked one more time. I got the answer, that charm was exclusive for Jared. My wife left the catalog open on counter.
