Absolutely horrible customer service. I received a bracelet as a Christmas gift and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size after 4 days. I went in and was told that they didn’t have it in stock and I could purchase a new bracelet, go to a different location, or come back in a few days when they restock. Probably one of the worst customer service experience we have ever experienced. I had to drive to a whole different location to get proper customer support. As soon as the workers saw that my mom spoke Spanish, and we asked for a Spanish speaking associate so my mom could understand what was being said, (that they refused to provide us with) they were very quick to dismiss us. De lo peor compré una pulsera la semana pasada para mi novia y no era de su medida y la única pulsera de su medida en toda la región estaba en esta tienda y no quisieron cambiarla si tenía solo 2 días q se la avía entregado a ella la excusa de la gerente fue que estaba maltratada y no coincidía el color con una nueva no se si en realidad era eso o la marca vende cosas de mala calidad y muy corrientes si ami me dijeron q era oro y me lo vendieron como si lo valiera.
Wasn’t allowed to exchange my bracelet that was purchased exactly one week ago (less than the 30 day pandora policy). I asked a simple question and the employee just shrugged her shoulders. Management wasn’t helpful at all either , and her customer service is terrible.
