This review is based off of the last 2.5 years- not COVID. My son saw Dr. Li- Palez since he was born (FYI she is NOT a parent and you can absolutely tell). Every single sick appointment we have been to we are told "it's viral it has to run its course" - then we end up back in there a week later with an ear infection, a fever etc and FINALLY get the medication he needed from the get go. Yesterday I called to make an appointment for our daughter Paislee who’s 5yr & Jaxen who’s 4. My kiddos were exposed to the flu over the weekend. Before our children’s appointment, I was seen by my primary care physician & he was adamant about starting me on the tamiflu & said since we were all exposed to the flu it’s best our entire family starts tamiflu-hence why I made an appointment for our kiddos. My kids love Dr. Li-Pelaez! I love that she is so detailed in her care and is so personable. My kids have gone to her since they were babies. When she opened her own practice two years ago, it was only natural that we would follow her. I would probably follow her just about anywhere!
They provide excellent care for my grandson
