My high school daughter had an appointment at 10 am we were told would only take 15 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment and were taken to an exam room 22 minutes past our appointment time, then waited another 38 minutes in the exam room. The doctor consult took 3-4 minutes. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for a doctors note.
