Ive ordered from this place for years now. In the past months they have really left something to be desired. Tonight I ordered and didn’t receive my food until almost 2 hrs after it was place. Everything cold and soggy, and half on my food at the bottom of the bag!! Went to start pulling things out and one bag of the chips that go into soup broke open from being water logged. Bc of the way that some of our friends was treated from their business we will not be back to this establishment!
I ordered food for delivery and they said it would be 20 minutes. here it is 2 hours later and I still havent received my food after calling back 3 times. will never order from here again.
poor customer service. the last two times I've used this place have been nothing but bad experiences. this last time we ordered food for delivery and never recieved it. after waiting an hour from call time I called again. then waited 20 more minutes and nothing and still nothing.
Food isn't too bad. Some of the food I ordered was good but some wasn't what I expected. The crab Rangoon needed more crab and the pu pu platter is different than how it is in other states and the monholian beef was a little different too. All in all, it wasn't as bad as I have heard. If eat there again probably. It is the only place that delivers as well
