Pancione Associates are a terrible organization. They ask for exorbitant rent prices from tenants that only get higher but don’t do anything to make structural improvements that are integral to a tenants wellbeing.
We rented our first apartment from the Pancione’s for over 5 years and it was a great experience. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and professionally and the property was always well kept. Would wholeheartedly recommend!
All I can say what a shame to it's residents and community! Restricted office visits. Threats and harmful behaviors towards tenants without appointment for an office visit. I wonder what this couple is trying to hide.🤣🪣salt buckets 🪣 are not are responsibility..what a waste. They are creating a hazard on the residents stoupes and should be removed or the management will be held liable. And shouldn't be there yearly.
