Went for Happy Hour and Jason in the bar was fabulous! Great service with excellent suggestions for both drinks and appy's! We are never disappointed at Pancho's! Me gusta!

Beautiful restaurant with authentic Mexican flair.
No flavor in food, my Oven Burrito as they call it was barely luke warm as it must have only taken 1 minute to make and sat in the window for at least 10 to 15 minutes, a soda is $4 that's outrageous, the burrito was $16, definitely don't go there unless you have a friend working and want to support them, I have eaten better Mexican food for less than half the price I paid today.
I have to say that they make really great Sangria. Great atmosphere and artwork. But best of all was the food.
I think we found our "new" Mexican restaurant!! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! Our waiter was very informative as this was our first time at this restaurant!
My family took me to Pancho's for Mother's Day. We had the best Server, and everyone there was so nice. Beautiful inside. Wow. The Brunch had a lot of good selections. Food was great. Bloody Mary was real good, too. Loved it. It's at the Downtown Summerlin Mall in Las Vegas.
