Worst experience ever! Agreed to one price, price changed upon completion of work. I was told “it was more work than we thought”! What? Promised to connect steering wheel controls, they did not, I had to go back. Disconnected my factory backup camera, put a FRONT FACING very cheap camera on my REAR license plate frame. Beware. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I had to get an attorney to assist me!
This guy Poncho is nothing but a con artist and a thief. I went to his business hoping to get some quality audio, security system, and a back up camera for my truck. So me and Poncho started looking for the suitable audio and on his computer for my truck. Then he showed me the security system that he would be installing and I agreed to go with it.
