The worst customer service I've ever had. Our waitress when we went in last night acted like she hated us being there and made the experience very uncomfortable. Also found a quarter in the bottom of my margarita, when confronting the bartender he blamed us immediately. It was disgusting. Staff needs serious attitude adjustments.
Food was good. But we had a poor service, no refills we wait for 30 min for the bill. The place was not even half full. Never will come back !!!
Extremely Poor Service, the food was not even hot, ordered a beverage and not given a choice of size, then got the largest one. Sent a private message two weeks ago and no response. Clearly, the managers do not care about your dining experience. NEVER AGAIN, Pancho Villa! NEVER AGAIN!
Real deal Mexican food and excellent margaritas!!!
It sucked they served my crunchy ass rice and cold food and my 2 for 1 margaritas were straight water. I always go there but not anymore. I don't know what happened but never again. Food was horrible. Service was lacking. They need to whip it into shape
