Does Pancho's need to reinvent the wheel? No! You know why? Pancho's invented the wheel! Most restaurants should have drastic menu changes, but Pancho's isn't one of them.. ......I'd be upset if you all decided to do something to bring the beef burrito up to snuff with the new century.. It doesn't need improvement. I've been eating at Pancho's since I was a little fella and have never walked away sad about a meal here! GREAT is GREAT and that yellow dressing is a culinary masterpiece!
