Incompetent front desk and greedy management.
I wish i had read the reviews before coming here. This practice has provided the worst communication ive ever received at a doctors office. Multiple times I’ve been told i would receive a call in the morning and gone days with no call before i have to call back. My doctor was not licensed in the state im in so she just stopped responding to me until i called the office to switch providers. They switched me to another doctor who also was not licensed in my state made me wait 2 months just to show up at my appointment and imme... read more
Poor management and communication with patients. Dropped after a year with no notice or explanation after being handed around to 3 different therapists. The patient is my mother. She's an Elderly patient on same medication for years, no problem with previous psychiatrist that retired. Fyi.. first post ever on a site like this. I have never been treated this disrespectfully by a mental healthcare provider. Stay away.
I see Jenny A. and she is amazing. I have seen a lot of therapist over my life and she is one of the few that have helped me find healing as well as my identity, if that makes sense. I recommend her to anyone!!!
