I would leave this place a 10 stars if i could!! This place was great from the beginning to the end. I Called after hour expecting to just leave a voicemail but the picked up the phone to answer questions even at 8:45 pm, the guy on the phone knew all about the VW Beetle that i was interested in. I showed up the next day and a gentleman name Jay showed me the vehicle and the car was just as nice or even nicer than it was online. Old fashioned, would not work with me via email. Expected that I call the dealership and talk with someone. Terrible service.

Must people appreciate the fact that we answer their questions over the phone via call or text to assure a more accurate answer to their question. we sell great vehicles and always pick up the phone to answer any questions and The fact that we asked you to call or text us is not deserving of a 1 star review.
This place is by far the easiest and quickest way to buy a car. First I called Pana motors after hour but they make sure to always pick up the phone to answer any questions and the person who answered knew everything about the car i was asking about, as a person that was going to have to drive over 3 hours to look at a car I had many questions and Jay had the answer to all of them, as I arrived at the dealership the car was exactly what I saw online, super clean interior, great tires, no dents, no warning lights, basically t... read more
