The buying process was very good. It took 3 days and 2 calls to the service department to even get a call back and schedule a date for warranty service. However; the warranty service is so backed up I could only get an appointment 55 days in the future! This is not an acceptable level of service as they are the only site available withing a decent driving distance. If they are so backed up in service they need to look at more staffing or authorizing other locations in the local areas to perform the needed work withing a dece... read more
