RecommendedSecond Jayco in 3 years, upgraded from a 23’ To. a 28’ Jayco. Love the balance and ease in towing at BreakNeck Speeds. Ashley, answered my questions intelligently and patiently, as far as sales goes. I’m hoping that service, and parts , can maintain the same professionalism. They are great to work with and no pressure. They are very profession did a thorough preparation and instruction on the new trailer. Sam was our rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very good dealer with great people to work with. I would highly recommend them.
This was the second time buying from Pan Pacific and it was another great exspence. Corrie, worked her magic to helped us get our new Cougar fifth wheel. All the staff was very helpful answering all of our questions. And the walk through with Ashley was great she didn't leave a stone un turned and answered all our questions. Then there is All the other staff and they we're all very friendly and helpful.

Had a Terrific experience both times we have purchased Trailers there. Great Customer Service. I have told all of my friends about Pan Pacific. Prices are similar to those in the area; however, this lot has a lot more to choose from.
Pan Pacific provided us great service, even during the midst of the pandemic. We ordered custom windows for our r-pod and Pan Pacific installed them beautifully. They were recommended to us by friends and I strongly recommend Pan Pacific for any RV needs!

Every time any problem has arisen (never anything really serious) Pan Pacific has gotten me in as fast as possible & their expert techs always get things fixed & explained to me so I can avoid future problems. I'm an old guy & appreciate such great service these days. One time they offered to arrange for a mobile tech to deal with an electric step problem! Fortunately this wasn't necessary, but their willingness to get me help was very appreciated. You can't find a better place for rv work!
