Dr Pan is amazing my caps are beautiful no problems very professional Thank you Dr Pan staff is amazing too.
I’ve been going to Dr Pan’s since I was a little kid. I’m 28 now and don’t even live in Melrose anymore, but for anything teeth related I’m making the drive up. The whole staff is so friendly and that includes Lori and Ashley at the front desk. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
The entire family are patients here and we are more than happy with the care received especially the last visit. My six year old son had his first loose tooth and it was bothering him a lot. Dr. Jason Pan and his assistant were wonderful. He got an xray and help with his wiggly tooth. He left happy and zero tears were spilled. I appreciate the patience and thoughtful care as well as fitting us in last minute.
One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I’ve been for both a cleaning and 2 sets of fillings here. Not only are they thorough but also efficient. My 1st filling appointment, for 2 fillings, and i was out in like 30min. The dentist is there to answer any questions while the Novocain takes effect. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jeffrey Pan and his entire team. After unexpectedly damaging a tooth one morning, I called the office and they were able to get me in later that same day. That alone was impressive, but the level of care that followed was even better. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and focused on making sure I was comfortable.
