I take my dog Willow to Pam's once a month and she's really good about fitting him in the schedule every time.When I take Willow there Pam does a great job on him I know it's not always Pam sometimes her employees but overall the service I get there is good and they're always friendly very nice and they know who my dog is.
Rude! Doesn't matter if you've been loyal, rude! I was in the hospital and missed an apt.. On my way home, the man called and was so rude. Pam always tries to make up for her employees, but at what point is enuf is enuf!!!! The people working for them don't do everything they are supposed to. But I still got charged!!! I have referred 3 people and none of them ever went back, because of rudeness! Pams Paws is the Top Groomer in West Allis,Wi. We moved here and looked trying to find someone that knew how to cut Schnauzers! When we picked up our boys today excitement filled our hearts!! So happy to find our forever Groomer..Pams Paws!!

We love Pam's Paws! Everyone there is just wonderful and caring! If your dog gets nerves going into strange places, no worries they will make them feel right at home. They work their best to get your dog in on your schedule too. Bow always come home from the Handsome Parlour as we call it to him, handsome and smelling good. His girlfriends next door love him more when he comes home so clean too. Thank you for all your wonderful work!
Pam is friendly, gentle, and patient with my nervous dog. As a walk-in on Sunday afternoon she promptly fit him in for a nail trim. To ensure my dog's safety and comfort Pam asked a series of questions about his overall health, temperament, and attitude toward other dogs before beginning the trim. I was very impressed.
