I’m not one to complain or leave a bad review but I asked Pam for a refund on our new rescued pup stormy because during her cut she was sliced open on her chest and they had to take her to the vet and get staples which they paid for and I’m happy they called and let me know what was going on....they weren’t able to finish the haircut either until her staples are taken out in 2 weeks, I won’t be returning because when I called to talk with Pam about the refund I said I didn’t feel I needed to pay for it seeing as they injured... read more

Mitch had the best time at Pam's Paws today! Pam was so sweet and kind to our Mitch and made us feel incredibly welcome as today was our very first visit! We made 2 future appointments because we loved it so much there!!!
Marley and I are always happy and relaxed when we leave. You can tell everyone at Pam's Paws truly loves dogs. Marley is a typical arthritic senior lab; they are so gentle and kind with her.
Absolutely amazing! Very helpful and friendly from the start. Our Bentley (golden retriever) was a hot mess. They made him look so incredibly handsome! Will definitely be bringing him back again! Thank you for being so amazing �
Pam is BEYOND kind, helpful and loving to her clients. She is very knowledgeable. The store is clean and the animals are cherished. My Owen has never looked or smelled better! Pam also is quite active in giving back to the police community. I can not recommend her enough!
