I tried two other nail salons and by far pampered soles is the best. Theo and Noam are very nice, l was impressed that they greet all their customers by name. Only bad thing is l live In Melissa so l can't come all the time, but as long I'm in Dallas believe me pampered soles is where you'll find me.
I've been going to Pampered Soles for years. They are the best nail place around. Thao and her husband keep a tight ship and care very much about their clients having a good experience. For that reason, you will get great customer service and a great manicure and pedicure. I also love the overstuffed chairs that they have! I never could stand the noisy massage chairs at other salons--they even hurt my back. At Pampered Soles, they'll give you a wonderful leg massage during your pedicure. extremely disappointed - came here a few times and every single time i have to come back bc something needed to be fixed- for the prices and the reviews i expected excellence and great customer service and got neither any of the times i came - the lavender pedi i thought would be amazing still left me with a hangnail and rough soles - i went back to try to get it fixed and the final straw was the cashier charging me triple for a polish change ( since my manicure from 4 days before didn't last) was really hoping this place wo... read more
JUST THE BEST!!! Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, nail techs, polish choices..........all superior!
love love love this place!! I read the google reviews and picked this place among others and was so wonderfully glad that I did. The service was wonderful, super comfy chairs to sit in, and a really nice experience. It felt like I was there for an experience and pampering rather than just shuffled into an chair and moved through. Highly recommend you try this place out!
