I baby your baby while they are in my care. I spend one on one with them and take the time that each individual puppy needs to be comfortable and as stress free as they can be. I do my best to have them done in 2-3 hours. Your appt. time is your apt. time as if you were going to your own human hair appt. No assembly line grooming and that's what truly sets my business apart from others.

Absolutely the best groomers we have ever been to in over 30 years!! Will NEVER go anywhere else !! They care about the pets & always have time to chat & answer any questions we have ......& their work is superb!!

I scheduled an appointment this morning for the afternoon was so excited to indicate new groomer took off work early went and picked please my dog get to salin early lights out,door locked,and closed sign in window called he number on door sounded like he was surprised no one was there but never called me back and now won't answer. Not a good way to get new clients!!

I truly apologize for this mistake, I can only imagine the inconvenience it caused. Usually me (Ben) or my wife (Theresa) are always there, we are the main groomers and owners. During the time that this unfortunate mistake happened, we were in the process of hiring new people. Long story short, a lack of communication and discovery of the main groomer leaving early on certain days. That is why I was surprised when you mentioned that no one was there. Took my sweet Lola in for a much needed cut. Absolutely amazing service for both Lola and I!! Quickly attended her needs , super friendly towards me & my pooch!! She looks and smells fantastic !! Highly pleased mommy of my 4 legged baby !! I highly recommend them !! Keep up the god job !!
