RecommendedI have taken my bichons here for 4 years and they do a great job. My female had sensitive skin and they adjusted what they used so she never got a rash. The people are friendly and they are flexible and work with my schedule. Highly recommend! My puppy thinks the bandanas they tie around his neck are new toys to play with!

Susan has been grooming my dogs since way before she opened Pampered Pets, and they have all loved going there! She and the girls do such an amazing job and are always so happy and friendly! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Our goldendoodle Scout looked amazing when we got him back. He is a very hairy doodle with poodle like hair and they didnt poodle our doodle! Love Pampered Pets. Just scheduled our second appointment!
Brought my dog in this morning and won’t be bringing her back. I don’t know if it was because they had a ton of dogs scheduled and had to go quickly so they shaved her, but we described specifically what we wanted and she came back completely buzzed. Her long, beautiful fur completely gone whenever we only wanted a trim. I don’t see how you can’t go by simple instruction but it’ll be a first and last visit. Before/after .. Long story short. Wouldn’t take my puppy here again. My goldendoodle had a very small right ear infection when I took him in(was getting ear drops so had gone to vet already) Picked him up, the whole rest of the day was shaking his head/crying. Vet let me know looks like now both of his ears are infected. Seems like some water was left in his ears. (they took a contact #, so they did have it for anything) Meaning a simple call maybe to ask if I did want his ears washed or not. Which I did. but NEVER thought t... read more
