RecommendedMy daughter and I were meeting in Glen Allen for our Christmas visit and were fortunate to discover this lovely spa! We were able to get a same day appointment for massages and were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. But above all, I received the best massage I have ever had! The masseuse was really incredible and I only wished I lived locally so I could quickly return. My daughter feels the same. What a marvelous and totally relaxing experience! I heartily recommend you try it!
Got a French manicure done on Friday morning. It’s now Sunday morning and they are chipped bad and I haven’t done anything to chip them. They are also very sticky and are catching every little big of hair and lint on everything so my nails are black now. This is the first time I’ve had issues with getting my nails done by them and I’m quite upset about it.
My daughter and I had mani/pedis here today and they were awesome!! Very welcoming and did a great job on our nails! Highly recommend Tina and Allison! Thank you ladies!

I have never had any type of service that I wasn’t happy with. My hair doesn’t hold highlights well so every time they have to do them twice. Then they always make sure I am happy. 5 stars and more of I could.
Excellent customer service. Everyone is so friendly. Very clean. Summer does amazing nails and takes time to make sure they are exactly what you want.
I wish I could give Pamper Salon and Summer more than 5 stars because this place is amazing!! I have never had someone do my hair as well as Summer did. She took her time and made sure the color was right before taking out the foils and putting toner on. I seriously cannot rave about her enough! Everyone is very friendly and the environment is relaxing.
Phi my hair stylist is wonderful!!!! I’ve always had great service my nails too!! It’s very relaxing and peaceful!!!
Highly recommend! My family and I will definitely go to them for now on! Phi fixed my brassy damaged hair made from a previous salon and turned it into healthy looking blonde highlights! You can tell that Phi is very knowledgeable on hair.
