She doesn't charge is much rent as she needs to fix up more and double you get what you pay for some people don't know when you get a you're able to fix it up the way

Very nice lady, I've never rented anything from her but I use to sell her carpet, padding & assorted bathroom and lighting fixtures so I know she keeps up with her properties
